1.) Bank @LANTEC is expanding the Lending Department and seeking Commercial Relationship Managers to specialize in small business and commercial real estate lending.  This position is responsible for the development and management of commercial account relationships focusing on small to medium size businesses and income producing properties.  The focal point is loan portfolio growth with emphasis on cross-selling products and services that meet the needs of our customer. 

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years lending, underwriting and sales experience, and a Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.  Must have an excellent credit history.   

2.) Senior Teller - This full time position requires strong member service skills and bank Teller experience. Additionally, this position is responsible for receiving, interpreting, and processing new and existing member needs to include opening new accounts.  Develops and maintains member relationships; informs and advises members and potential members of suitable bank products and services.

 

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a banking environment.  Working knowledge of Teller operations and internal controls.  

3.) Bank @LANTEC is seeking a Personal Banker for our Norfolk location who is motivated, energetic and sales oriented.  This position is responsible for interpreting and processing new and existing member needs to include opening a variety of new accounts and loan products.  Develops and maintains member relationships; informs and advises members and potential members of suitable bank products and services. Actively participates in a competitive, service and sales environment. 

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a banking environment.  Working knowledge of bank related products and services and excellent service/sales skills.
