Mortgage Loan Officer
Bank @LANTEC is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer responsible for primary member/client contact including member interviews and completing the application process for home purchases and refinances. Must have knowledge of mortgage program guidelines for FNMA/FHLMC, VA, FHA and any mortgage programs offered by Bank @ LANTEC. Candidate must have the ability to pre-qualify members, choose appropriate loan plan options, interview and complete application, gather necessary documents, assemble loan files, issue preliminary disclosures and prepare loan applications for processing. The Mortgage Loan Officer is also responsible for the initiation of outside contacts that will generate other mortgage prospects in addition to the present membership base. Candidate must have a minimum 2 years commissioned sales experience in the real estate market and a proven and successful track record of loan originations. Excellent communication skills required together with a well developed client base of real estate agents and industry professionals.
Small Business Lender
Bank @LANTEC a well capitalized financial institution with a 5 Star Bauer rating is expanding our Lending Department and is seeking a Lender to specialize in small business and commercial real estate lending. This position is responsible for the development and management of commercial account relationships focusing on small to medium size businesses and income producing properties. The focal point is loan portfolio growth with emphasis on cross-selling products and services that meet the needs of our customer.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years lending and sales experience, and a Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Must have an excellent credit history. We offer a competitive salary, incentive plan and benefit package.
